* Upkeep and state of taxis.
* Always Retain the aircon temperature inside taxis.
* It is strictly prohibited to provide personal information to passengers.
* Establish proficient integrity toward customers If leaving City Taxi Sunraysia
* Do not call false no job.
* Wearing the Booking Service Provider (BSP) outfit is Compulsory.
* Don't have unskilled behavior - such as swearing, yelling at passengers, poor customer service, and drivers being harsh/fierce.
* Guide dogs are welcome.
* Strictly prohibited to refuse any kind of special request by customer such as guide dogs.
* If Leaving City Taxis Sunraysia:
* You will serve notice period of 2 week's.

* To Get On-Time Payment:
* Ensure dockets should be submitted by 1st week of every month.
* Incomplete dockets will not be accepted and paid.
* You will receive payment on completion of all dockets.
